Try an Affirmation

 I Am Enough

here’s how:

Affirmations are positive statements that help you overcome negative thoughts about yourself and your life. You can choose to think thoughts that make you feel better. To compose your own affirmation,

1. Use the present tense;

2. Include only positive words;

3. Make it a declarative statement.

Some examples you might try: I am calm. I am strong. I am enough. This too will pass. Let the clouds roll by.

Say your affirmation (ideally out loud as you look into a mirror). Repetition is the key to making affirmations effective. The more you choose to say and think your affirmation, the better it will work.

here’s why:

Your brain reacts to thoughts in the present moment. Telling yourself an affirmation (even if you don't necessarily believe it) can give you a boost in the moment, and over time, help you forge a new belief system for a more positive experience.
